Vehicle details
Authorized team members can create and view vehicle records. This does not publish a listing.

Submit supported JPEG, PNG or WebP originals privately. They remain unavailable for download or publication.

A place for the details. A clear status for the photos.
Each step has a distinct purpose; uploading is not the same as approval.

Select the business and location your account is authorized to use.

Create the vehicle record in your business’s workspace, separate from other businesses’ records.

Confirm your rights to the photo and upload a supported file without replacing the original.

Safety, vehicle preservation and human review are separate checks. None enables download or publication in this beta.
WHAT COMES LATER
A focused beta, with clear limits.
AI photo editing, media delivery, inbox, CRM, campaigns, marketplace connections, automated scores and payment features are not enabled.

Future features do not collect data or start external actions while they are disabled.

A review entry does not make a pending photo available to use or publish.

Can I connect a DMS or marketplace?
No. DMS, CRM, marketplace, feed, and automatic publication adapters are outside the private-beta scope.
Does an approved review make media usable?
No. Review findings are recorded, but display, download, export, AI use and publication remain disabled.
Can a dealer group participate?
A group can request access. Its team roles, locations and photo rights need to match the current beta before anyone is invited.
