HOW THE BETA IS DESIGNED

These are design and architecture commitments, not certifications or a guarantee that every risk is eliminated.
Private originals
Original files stay private and are not available through a download or publication feature.
Received is not approved
A successful upload confirms receipt. Safety, vehicle preservation and approval still need their own checks.
The vehicle stays truthful
Future enhancement work must preserve identity, specification, visible condition, and evidence of damage rather than beautify them away.
Decisions have an owner
Access requests, support and review decisions remain assigned to people.
Examples are not proof
A concept image or local test does not prove customer results, legal approval or a live feature.

The beta is not a vehicle inspection, security certification, legal approval or a released AI photo service.

Vehilume does not certify a vehicle’s identity, specification, mileage, history, or condition.

No AI-output guarantee
Real AI transformation is not enabled. Any future editing would still need review where there is uncertainty.

Operator details, image rights and legal requirements need their own qualified review.

No claim of complete readiness
Local tests do not prove live support, email delivery, recovery or every part of the production service.

Does Vehilume guarantee that a vehicle is unchanged?
No. Preserving the vehicle’s identity and condition is a product requirement, but the beta does not provide live AI photo editing or a preservation guarantee.
Are uploaded originals public?
No. Supported originals stay private. Display, download, export and publication are not enabled.
Is human approval the same as release?
No. A human review records findings about a specific photo version. Pending-to-ready release needs a separate approved process and is not enabled.
Is the private beta production-approved?
No broad release approval is claimed. Participation still depends on operational, legal, accessibility, language and security checks.
